Logibot provides AI-powered customer service chat experiences for businesses via channels such as WhatsApp and web chat. When you message a business that uses Logibot, that business may be the primary controller of your data, while Logibot generally acts as a service provider or processor on their behalf.
If you interact with a business using Logibot, that business may also have its own privacy policy that applies to your interaction.
Who We Are
Logibot.id provides chatbot systems for businesses to help answer questions, support customer service workflows, and automate parts of communication across supported channels.

Information We Collect
- • Message content that users send, including text such as order numbers, waybill numbers, or support requests
- • Message timestamps
- • Channel information, such as WhatsApp or web chat
- • WhatsApp phone number when the conversation takes place through WhatsApp
- • Usage analytics, such as feature usage counters and interaction signals
- • We do not intentionally store names in our analytics database by default, although names may appear in message content if a user types them
How We Use Information
- • To provide and operate chatbot functionality
- • To route requests and enable features such as shipment tracking or FAQ responses
- • To maintain security and prevent abuse
- • To improve service reliability and understand aggregate feature usage
How We Share Information
- • With Meta / WhatsApp as required to send and receive WhatsApp messages
- • With service providers and infrastructure providers as necessary to operate the service, such as hosting, logging, monitoring, and database tools
- • When required by law or valid legal process
- • We do not sell personal data
Data Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, after which it is deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
- • Conversation logs (message content, phone number, timestamps): up to 180 days
- • Aggregated usage analytics (without message content): up to 24 months
- • Security logs, if any: typically 90–180 days
These periods are intended to balance support, debugging, security, and privacy needs.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, such as access controls, encrypted connections, and least-privilege access where appropriate. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing of your data. If you are chatting with a business using Logibot, contacting that business directly may often be the fastest option. You may also contact Logibot and we will route the request appropriately.
User Data Deletion Instructions
To request deletion of chat data stored by Logibot, please email:

- • The channel used: WhatsApp or web chat
- • The approximate date and time of the conversation
- • Any other details that help us identify the conversation safely
We may ask for verification to prevent unauthorized deletion requests. After verification, we will review and process the request in accordance with applicable obligations and operational requirements.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the “Last updated” date on this page will be revised.
